When you submit the contact form we collect your name, organisation, work email, the process you nominate, and any notes you provide. We also collect standard server logs for security and reliability.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule a process audit, deliver related services, and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and residency
For RTO compliance engagements, Australian data residency is the default. Website form submissions may be processed using enterprise tools with appropriate access controls. Client documents used in engagements are not used to train third-party models.
